    Man Eating Tiger organic ceremonial matcha, milk, locally made rose cordial syrup. Grounding, clarifying, and truly wonderful!

  • Glory of Unicorns

    Frothy milk, vanilla, sparkle maple syrup. A perfect, glittery steamer. This drink has a strong following in the 4-12yr old demographic however is also favored by many distinguished and rugged adults. Choose Kid or Adult size. Upgrade with a shot of espresso!

  • Parliament of Owls

    Earl Gray tea, milk, orange blossom honey, cardamom, charred cedar bitters. Lovely and fragrant; a refined London Fog.

  • Cloud of Grasshoppers

    Argentinian Yerba mate, locally made lavender syrup, and orange blossom honey. Like laying in a meadow of caffeinated spring loveliness.

  • Race of Roadrunners

    Single origin organic cacao from Ghana, local red Chile, espresso, milk, coconut sugar, smoked sea salt. Somehow intense and comforting, both.

  • Lounge of Lizards

    Man Eating Tiger ceremonial organic matcha and lemonade. Profoundly thirst quenching and tasty. Beyonce’s last album but in Japanese.

  • Maelstrom of Axolotls

    Sparkling lemon and ginger apple cider vinegar soda, collagen and aloe-soaked chia seeds. Basically the world’s most refreshing fountain of youth.

    Espresso, cream, pumpkin pie spices and vanilla. Like eating pumpkin pie under a pile of covers.

  • Celebration of Polar Bears: These bears usually come out after Thanksgiving

    Espresso, house made Gramercy Tavern Gingerbread syrup (black strap molasses, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger), cardamom bitters + whipped cream. Everything good about the holidays (nothing not).
